Hazel – The traditional choice for robust beanpole supports. Bundles of 10 are perfect for wigwam or double row structures. Hazel’s rough bark provides much better grip for climbing plants than bamboo. It is locally and sustainably sourced from coppiced woodland. It’s stronger than bamboo and looks great too! Occasionally ash poles will be included if I have these from thinnings within the woodland.
Hazel Pea sticks are also available in bundles of 10.

All timber products are sustainably sourced from thinnings or wind blown trees in my own broadleaf woodland.
