Description
Faceted, hour glass shaped, solid ash table / stool available in two standard heights. Small (44cm high) which is ideal to double up as a stool or large (55cm high). The asymmetric hexagonal top face widths are the same for both sizes at approximately 25cm x 30cm.
Shaped by hand, to its faceted hour glass form, each hour table is unique. The table is finely sanded and finished with clear, matt, hard wax to keep the table looking as natural as possible whilst providing durability and stain resistance. Cracks and splits are likely to develop as the ash seasons adding character to the piece.
The table is supplied with felt feet floor protectors.
Every item has a maker’s mark and unique tally style number on the base. The maker’s mark is an abstract axe approximately 2cm long, see my shop logo.
All timber products are sustainably sourced from thinnings or wind blown trees in my own broadleaf woodland.
