Description
Painted, ash log, table approximately 28cm diameter and 44cm high.
The table has been stripped of its bark, sanded, primed and finished with satin paint. This gives it a slight sheen, highlighting the natural undulations of the log. Standard paint colours are black (pictured), grey and white. If you’d like a bespoke colour please get in touch.
The table top is finished in clear, satin, hard wax, providing durability and stain resistance.
The tables take around four weeks to make. This allows time for the cracks and splits, which develop as solid wood seasons, to occur prior to painting.
The table is supplied with felt feet floor protectors.
Every item has a maker’s mark and unique tally style number on the base. The maker’s mark is an abstract axe approximately 2cm long, see my shop logo.
All timber products are sustainably sourced from thinnings or wind blown trees in my own broadleaf woodland.
